Skinny dreams

So recently I’ve been dedicating myself more than before to the workouts…..5 thus far this week BUT I haven’t really been eating that great. I’m cutting back a little but I know I can do alot better! So with that being said tomorrow I start my new eating lifestyle in which I will switch to 2% milk, no more coke, no more sweets (ok ok only on special occasions), more fruits and veggies and I’ve already switched my coffee for green tea and no more white bread and tortillas. Just the basics for now and just eating more consciously. So I lost my 5lbs again that I always yo-yo but hopefully with the new eating lifestyle I will lose weight more easily and if you guys have anymore tips about what good foods there are out there and stuff like that please let me know. Oh yeah and I have this weird thing where everytime I get so determined to lose weight I start dreaming myself with such a beautiful body with beautiful curves and everything and after 1 week I lose hope and give up. Well i have been dreaming it for about a week now and still haven’t given up yet because this time I have such a hunger and want to succeed. You guys can’t even start to imagine how much I really want this. So much that never in my life would I give up everything that I’m about to give up starting tomorrow. Wish me luck guys and please please keep inspiring me like you do so I won’t fall off the wagon this time because I know how hard it’s going to be…..also my first time eating right without weight loss pills or stuff like that. Trying to change my eating lifestyle

We all know what we are supposed to be eating and how to do it but we just need to program ourselves and train our bodies to do the right thing. So I my plan is now to actually look at eating in a different way. I need to cut back on lots of stuff  but not only just see it as a diet but an actual lifestyle change that will stay with me for the rest of my life. I kinda slipped a little today by indulging in some taco bell but I am still going to jump right back into the wagon. Oh and that Jillian Micheals dvd…….one word………..WOW! It leaves you sore but its good cuz it has you sweating like crazy and those 20 minutes go by fast but the thing is that she does intervals of different things non-stop and thats what makes you burn more calories and it interesting though because ur not there in pain wondering “when is this going to end?” It’s actully not bad and it’s something I can actually see myself doing everyday….along with my dance dvds. Also I loved that it has 3 different levels so that you can work your way up. So now I’m going to start eating the right way and I’m going to change to skim milk and try to cut back on the sugar. I’m trying to find other ways to eat healthier….also I started doing the blueberry green tea and I LOVED it. So now I replaced that instead of rinking coffee and of course I’ve increased my water intake as well. I have been wanting to try the specail K plan but I want to get feedback from other people that have tried it. If you guys have any more tips for this change of lifestyle thing please let me know. Thank you followers and supporters………..without you I would have given up by now.
