For my buddies that wanted info on my detox
I got some of you girls asking about my detox and its plain and…..well not simple but here it is……..nothing but fruits and veggies with water, nothing else. You can eat it all you want there is no limit to how many fruits and veggies and you don’t stay hungry. Because it is a detox it is advised that you don’t exercise the frst two days and the rest just a light 20-30 minute workout. If you want you can research it online you can find it almost anywhere and trust me girls and guys you do notice the difference. In my personal experience it has changed my way of seeing food. Like I said I did it this last week straight and lost 12 lbs and yesterday my lil girl wanted to take me out to eat so we went to Burger King……I got a whopper burger meal and let me tell you guys it just didnt taste the same. It wasnt as satisfying as it was before and I even thought to myself “why was I so addicted to these things…what was the big fuss?” The cup of coke tasted like a cup of sugar and I could taste all the sugar thats packed into the ketchup ugh! With that said I went back on my detox for the rest of this week til Friday and after that I’m going healthy cause the food I was into before is just not good to me anymore. oh and also it helped me with the depression I was resisting so hard and finally hit me….now I am SO happy and I don’t feel guilty because I got so use to eating healthy like this. I LOVE it and would advise you guys try it but I will tell you this…..IT IS HARD! Day 4 is when all cravings finally go away completely and it gets alot easier after that and also I advise that you at least take a multi-vitamin to help a little more with the energy. Yes it will take ur energy away at first but thats because your body is working so hard to get all the yucky stuff out of your system. There are so many health benefits to this detox!
